One Queensridge Place is a multi-family residential high-rise condominium complex consisting of two 18-story buildings with 219 custom residences and 3 casitas for guests. The landscape architectural design has a Mediterranean influence creating varied and complex spaces throughout the property. Streetscapes introduce the lush design of the landscape. The main gateway welcomes visitors with a variety of palm species and incorporates the gates and guard house with the building architecture.

The pool, spa, residential patios and yards, and group entertaining spaces are all designed on the podium level. This required meticulous coordination with structural, civil and plumbing engineers. Logistical items such as the location of the structural beams, drainage and waterproofing were key factors in the shape, size and location of the podium level planters. All hardscape design was also provided by Southwick Landscape Architects.

Plant selection was chosen to adapt to the Mojave Desert as well as compliment the Art Nouveau Architecture. Formal rows of a variety of evergreen shrubs embellish the stone accents and building facades. Large planters adorn the inner courtyards providing unique spaces to entertain and relax.
