The development of this site provided an up-scale corporate feeling to patrons who use the exclusive Lifetime Fitness facility.  The landscape matches that designed around Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino. Date palms line the entry drive leading to a roundabout drop-off zone. Large pots flank either side of the main doors.
 
The pool area required a lush and dense landscape. The pool abuts the parking lot on one side and a minor road on another.  The landscape buffer between parking and pool is a dense double row of trees and tall evergreen shrubs. The outdoor pool area features a large slide, lap lanes and open swim areas, and is enhanced by lush palm trees and other oasis-themed plant materials.
 
The landscape on either side of the entry drive minimizes the feel of the expansive parking lot on either side.  The  building is highly visible from the freeway.
